Below are the general steps we will take on your interior and exterior painting projects. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your painting Proposal.

Seven Steps to a Successful Exterior Paint Job
  1. Inspection: We personally visit your facility or buildings to accurately assess your individual needs and provide a comprehensive estimate of the job cost.
  2. Pressure Wash: As per your proposal, exterior areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
  3. Exterior Surface Preparation: Based on your exterior painting proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion. We provide all tools, materials, wood repair, wall filling, sanding, masking and drop cloths. Your valuable belongings and landscape are properly covered and protected. A quality, lasting paint job depends on proper preparation.
  4. Painting: Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish. Certified Painters Inc uses only the highest quality finish coat products to ensure a beautiful finished product that you will enjoy for years.
  5. Touch-Ups: After completing the major paintwork, we will perform a thorough review and identify and paint spots requiring touch-ups.
  6. Clean: Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly
  7. Post-Production: The job isn’t finished until the client says so. We will accompany you through a personal inspection of our work to guarantee every aspect of the job meets your satisfaction.

  2. Set-Up: Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new heavy plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths. Cover and protect windows, and all ventilation openings where necessary.
  3. Interior Preparation: Based on your interior painting proposal, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled with proper spackle and patching compound. All old woodwork and doors are power sanded or hand sanded.
  4. Painting: Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish. Certified Painters Inc uses only the highest quality finish coat products to ensure a beautiful finished product that you will enjoy for years.
  5. Touch-Ups: After completing the major paintwork, we will perform a thorough review and identify and paint spots requiring touch-ups.
  6. Clean: Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
